When learning to evaluate, it is best to use these processes in a systematic, step-by-step way – all the processes, along with the associated reasoning and thinking, are important. Once you are confident in working with them, you can move between them in a more flexible, deliberate and less stepped way. p.19

We (too many people to name) have been working on a template that is available to you now as a free download. The template is intended to support leaders to plan for improvement and support changes in collaborative and capacity building ways.

If you want to use the templates, feel free to download them and print them out. I have deliberately loaded them as PDF to be hand written while you are in dialogue with the team. The documentation of our journey through improvement can exist in this form and does not need to be ‘typed up’ for anyone. In a time poor world, liberate yourself from the double and triple handling of the documentation.

You will notice on the templates there are diffferent QR CODES. Scan these with the camera on your phone or device and you can access additional reading that supports each phase of the process.
